Dip the tea bag in a cup of steaming hot water, Leave for 2-3 minutes, Squeeze and discard the tea bag. For best results add pure honey.

Immerse the tea bag in a cup of boiling water. Cover it and let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Sip it warm.


Ingredients (Botanical Name)

Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum): The Green Leaf Tulsi also known as ‘Rama Tulsi’, it is known for its cooling, mellower taste. Rama Tulsi emit a strong aroma. Ram Tulsi has a characteristic fragrance. Crushing its leaves between the palms releases a stronger fragrance than other varieties of Tulsi.

Vana Tulsi (Ocimum gratissimum): Vana Tulsi is found in the Himalayas as well as the plains of India, where it grows as naturalized plant. Vana Tulsi is also cultivated and grows wild throughout Asia and Africa.

Krishna Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum): Also known as ‘Krishna or Shyama Tulsi’, the Purple leaf tulsi is famous for its peppery, crisp taste. It comprises purple colored leaves and dark stems. Krishna Tulsi is relatively more difficult to find than the green vaiietals. Krishna Tulsi leaf Tulsi is known to be beneficial to treat throat infections, respiratory system, nasal lesions, earache and skin diseases.
