Dpure Wheat Flour-Chakki Fresh Atta is made out of most selected rains of wheat, we call it golden grain, hygiene cleaned and washed, It is high in gluten, with 12% to 14% gluten content, and has elastic toughness that holds its shape well once baked. All-purpose or plain flour is a blended wheat flour with a protein content lower than bread flour, ranging between 9% and 12%. Hard wheats have a high content of gluten, a protein composite that gives elasticity, so doughs made out of Atta flour are strong and can be rolled out very thin.
